SMS Terms & Consent

Black Limo (blacklimo.vip) operates two SMS programs through our messaging provider, Twilio, from the toll-free sending number +1 (844) 321-7196. This page describes each program, the consent we collect, and how to opt out or get help.
How you opt in
Consent is collected on the booking form at blacklimo.vip/book. The exact language shown to you is:
“We'll text you booking confirmations and driver updates at this number. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.”
By submitting a booking you consent to these ride-related (transactional) messages.
“Yes, I agree to receive recurring marketing text messages (offers & promotions) from Black Limo at the number above. Consent is not a condition of booking. Up to 2 msgs/month. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help.”
This checkbox is unchecked by default. We send marketing messages only to customers who check it, and checking it is never required to book a ride.
Transactional SMS
Messages: booking confirmations, driver assignment and arrival updates, ride completion receipts, and dispatch notifications.
Frequency: typically 2–4 messages per booking.
Message and data rates may apply.
Marketing SMS
Messages: seasonal discounts, promotional offers, new service announcements, and loyalty rewards.
Frequency: up to 2 messages per month.
Marketing SMS is strictly opt-in. We only message customers who explicitly checked the optional marketing-consent box on the booking form. Consent to marketing is not a condition of booking or using our service. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt out: reply STOP
Reply STOP to any Black Limo SMS to unsubscribe. You'll receive one final confirmation and no further texts of that program type.
STOP on a transactional message stops all SMS from Black Limo at that number; STOP on a marketing message stops only the marketing program.

Privacy & carriers
We use Twilio to deliver SMS. Black Limo does not sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes, and we do not share mobile opt-in data with any third parties.
Carriers (AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, US Cellular, and others) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
