Or automatic for active corporate accounts. Once you hit 10 rides in a calendar year, Gold benefits unlock and stay active for the rest of that year and the following one.

  • 60-minute complimentary wait on airport pickups (vs. standard 45)
  • 5% off all rides
  • Late-cancel grace: cancel up to 12 hours before pickup, no fee
  • Member badge on booking confirmations

Earned at 25 rides per year

Or automatic after 12 months as an active corporate account. Once you reach Platinum, your benefits stay locked for that year and the next.

  • Everything in Gold, plus:
  • 10% off all rides
  • Annual rate lock: your per-mile rate fixed for 12 months from earn date
  • Complimentary upgrade to next vehicle class when fleet availability allows
  • Anniversary ride credit: $100 every year on your member anniversary
  • Late-cancel grace extended: up to 4 hours before pickup, no fee
  • Concierge text line: dedicated dispatch number for booking by text
The Fine Print
  • Discounts don't stack. Corporate accounts (15%) and Platinum tier (10%) take whichever discount is higher, not both. Tier perks (priority, wait grace, etc.) apply regardless.
  • Tier qualification is automatic. We track ride counts on our end. There's no application or fee. Your status updates with the next booking after you hit the threshold.
  • Vehicle upgrades are subject to availability. Platinum upgrades are best-effort, applied when our fleet has capacity. Not guaranteed on every ride.
